are accepting these Terms & Conditions. Please read these Terms

In these Terms & Conditions
"We" and "us" means of Valentine jewelry . Hkzul.com
is a trading name of Valentine jewelry , Hong Kong.
"You" means the person placing an order.
"The contract is agreed" - by completing and submitting
an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase goods
which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. An acceptance
email from us confirms that the contract is formed.
"Working days" means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays
and statutory and public holidays.
By using the website to buy goods online, you confirm that you are
at least 18 years old, or, if you are under 18, that you are accessing
the website with the consent of your parent or guardian. We do not
sell goods to children online, but we do sell children's goods for
purchase by people over 18.
Ordering, cancelling before despatch
and returning after despatch
Ordering
Please see our ordering online is easy guide for instructions on placing
an order.
By completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making
an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in
a binding contract. Please note orders will only be despatched once
we have authorisation from your payment card issuer. We will not be
liable if there is a delay, and we will not accept your order if payment
is not authorised. Certain steps must be followed for a contract to
be formed, as described below.
After you have placed your order:
1. We will send you, as soon as possible, an email to acknowledge
your order. It will confirm which goods you have ordered. This email
is not an order acceptance from us.
2. When we despatch your goods from the warehouse, we will send you
a confirmation email. This means we formally accept the order, and
are obliged to complete the contract.
We do not have to accept your order, and for example, we will not
accept your order if:
• we do not have the goods in stock
• your payment is not authorised
• there is an error on our website regarding the price or other
details of the goods
• you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions
below
We reserve the right to refuse any order.
Cancelling an order before despatch
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it
at any time before we despatch it. Please see the Contact us page
for our telephone number. You will need to give us your name and address
details, as well as your order number to cancel your order.
If you cancel part of an order the postage and packaging charge is
recalculated on the price of the goods you keep.
Returning goods after despatch
Cooling off period
When you order from us online, you are entitled to a cooling off period
after despatch, when you can return your goods without any penalty.
Our cooling off period is 10 days, which includes any statutory cooling
off period.
This period starts the day the contract is agreed (i.e. you receive
an email from us saying we have despatched your order) and ends 10
days after the day following delivery of the goods.
Certain items are excluded from the cooling off period guarantee,
unless we are at fault. These are personalised or engraved items and
pierced jewelry .
Returning goods
Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for details of how
and where to return goods.
If you wish to return goods you have a duty to keep them in your possession
and to take reasonable care of them until you return them. Goods must
be returned in their original condition, including immediate packaging,
within the cooling off period.
Product availability
Pricing and payment
Prices throughout the website are quoted in US $. Packing and delivery
costs will be added to the total price of your goods.
While we make every effort to ensure that the goods shown on our website
are currently available at the price shown, we cannot guarantee that
this will always be the case. If goods you have ordered are unavailable,
you will be notified as soon as possible.
The price you pay is the price of the goods shown at the time you
place your order, even if the price of the goods has since changed.
Your payment card will be debited for your order on the day that we
despatch your goods.
eCatalogues
Please note that prices, offers and competitions mentioned in our
eCatalogues are only valid for that date. We cannot guarantee to honour
the prices shown in the eCatalogue(s) if you order after this date,
however the current price for any product will always be shown on
the product detail page on the website.
Special Offers Terms & Conditions
Free gift offers valid while stocks last.
If you return an item under our 10 day cooling
off period which you received with a free gift, you must return both
the item you paid for and the free gift. Your legal rights remain
unaffected.
Unwanted free gifts are not eligible for exchange or refund. Your
legal rights remain unaffected.
Where an offer mentions that an item is reduced in price, eg: half-price,
the discount will be calculated at checkout before any postage or
packaging charges are applied.
Delivery information/Shipping Information
We understand how important it is for you to receive your jewelry
purchase promptly and safely. At Valentine Jewelery, our priority
is to serve your needs in the manner you request.
Shipping Options
Valentine Jewelery offers the following
shipping options for every purchase. For your protection, all shipments
are insured for their full list price.
FREE Insured FedEx Service
A Free Shipping option is offered on all orders. Items that ship with
the Free Shipping option are sent via FedEx Ground Delivery Service
and usually take approximately 4-7 days for delivery.
Insured, Express Saver and Priority Shipping
We also offer expedited shipping options. Please review shipping options
within the checkout section for pricing and delivery schedules.
International Shipping
We do offere International Shipping on all Items. Please note that
you will be responsible for any Customs Duties that are applied during
package clearance once it crosses the United States border.
Shipping Policies

Deliveries
Please note that orders received after 3:00 PM EST will be processed
the following business day. While determining the arrival day of your
purchase, count business days only. The first shipping day will be
the day after your order is processed.
Requests for alterations
If you have made an alterations request for your purchase -- such
as ring or bracelet sizing -- please allow 5 business days to process
your special requests. We will always notify you by email of any changes
in your account status.

Store pick-up
We will email you when your order is packed and ready to be delivered
to your chosen store. We will email you again a few days later to
let you know that your order is on its way to the store, and will
be there in the next 2 days.
Please go to your selected store to collect your item within 35 days.
For your security, the person who placed the order must come to collect
the goods, with the payment card used to place the order.
Refund policy
Faulty goods
The procedures, set out here, to return goods do not affect your statutory
rights. If you do receive faulty goods, please contact us.
Exclusions
Please note certain goods cannot be returned unless we are at fault.

Returning a gift
Cash refunds for gifts can only be made to the payment card used to
purchase the goods. So if you buy a gift online, the recipient will
not be able to get a cash refund if they want to return the goods.
